Halloween

Delicious "chili" that used up many leftovers (corn, okra, sausage, and many cans of beans and tomatoes). Three (2.5 oops) bags of candy (that were gone by 8). A cow-dog (that barks at kids-bad girl). Mosquito spray. Vino. Bag chairs. Driveway. A black cat hiding in the garage. Kids calling mine "the scary house"(ummm...have they not seen moldy driveway couch house?).
Perfect.
I love Halloween more as an adult than I ever did as a child. Probably because marinas don't make for good trick-or-treating. :)
