Black beans and rice

My go-to, made-it-up-off-the-top-of-my-head-one-lonely-boring-night recipe. Watch for my secret ingredient. This is proof that reading cookbooks pays off.

The sad part? I forgot my caramelized pineapple! Take canned pineapple rings and brown in skillet.
